THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Senior, Visual Designer with a conceptual mindset and a keen eye for storytelling through design. You'll lead the visual development of marketing campaigns, digital ads, social content, and brand activations crafting work that's bold, scroll-stopping, and on-brand.

This role is made for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, loves concepting as much as crafting, and knows how to turn strategy into standout visuals. You'll collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and strategists to deliver work for world-class brands that want to make noise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the visual direction of campaign work from key visuals to full asset rollouts across digital channels.
• Design across formats: social posts, banners, animations, email headers, OOH mockups, landing pages, and more.
• Bring creative concepts to life through high-impact visuals and smart design decisions.
• Collaborate with art directors, creative leads, and motion designers to build cohesive and compelling campaigns.
• Present work to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating design choices and conceptual thinking.
• Maintain brand consistency while finding opportunities to push creative boundaries.
• Stay up to date on advertising trends, platform best practices, and visual culture.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 4+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio of marketing campaigns, digital ads, and brand content.
• Proven ability to create powerful visuals that perform across digital channels (especially social).
• Solid experience working within brand guidelines — and knowing when and how to evolve them.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and image-making skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion skills are a strong plus.
• A collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in English-speaking environments and presenting to global teams.
• Curiosity and openness to using AI-powered tools as part of the creative process.
• You have to be open to working from the office 1-2 days a week
