As an integral member of our delivery team, the Senior System Lead is responsible for the analysis,design, fulfillment and support of mission critical enterprise Archiving solutions. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be required to gather, document, and fulfill orders for archiving projects, as well as use tools to migrate data and support Archiving solutions to meet business needs. Using your
skills and experience as an Senior System Lead, you will mainly focus on supporting our Archiving solutions as well as projects as assigned.
Required Experience
Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with 7 years' experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with 5 years of experience; or a Master in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of a minimum of 7 years.
• Experience with application administration on Windows or Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Postgres
• Knowledge of LDAP, IIS or Azure
•Knowledge of tools like Service Now, O365/Power Apps or Power BI a plus
• Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment
• Team oriented, Strong customer and service orientation, problem solving, results oriented, agility and teamwork skills
Mandatory Skills
• Experience working in a validated environment or a similar regulated one
• Min. 2 years' experience administering, supporting and upgrading an enterprise application
• Scripting or automation skills and know-how
• Excellent spoken and written English Communication skills
Additional comments
Business analysis to gather archiving requirements and translate into specifications used to migrate data
Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise Archive environments
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
