We are looking for a Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Engineer to join our team and collaborate on an innovative project in the crypto and Web3 space. Our client operates in the self-custody wallet sector, developing cutting-edge solutions that empower millions of users to manage their digital assets securely. This role offers the opportunity to work on a cross-platform SDK that integrates blockchain functionalities across Android, iOS, and Web applications.

Your Role

As a Kotlin Multiplatform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing an SDK that serves as the backbone of blockchain interactions across multiple platforms. Your work will directly impact the user experience by ensuring seamless performance, robust architecture, and efficient integration across different environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • SDK Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and refine a Kotlin Multiplatform SDK that powers critical business logic.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure smooth functionality across Android, iOS, and Web applications while maintaining high performance and security.
  • Blockchain Functionality: Expand the SDK's capabilities to handle blockchain interactions efficiently.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide proactive support to developers integrating the SDK.
  • Testing & Optimization: Write well-tested, high-quality code that maintains a high level of stability and performance.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Kotlin and SDK/Library development.
  • Familiarity with the Android ecosystem, including feature sets and best practices across devices and OS versions.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, with the ability to write and debug JS-based applications.
  • Knowledge of Swift and the Apple ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to client support and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, including automated testing and continuous integration.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in blockchain-specific projects, especially wallet development.
  • Proficiency in working with blockchain protocols and standards.
  • Experience with full-stack SDKs such as React Native and Flutter.
