Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) – Vendor Management Team (VMO)

Join our dynamic Vendor Management Team (VMO) within CIB Technology, where you'll help shape and execute our vendor management strategy for software and labor across the organization. As part of the Central Processing team, you'll manage critical data related to contracts, contractors, and invoicing, and partner closely with Line of Business (LOB) vendor relationship managers. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with Technology managers, Finance & Business Managers, Sourcing, Global Supplier Services, and other Vendor Management teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Collaboration:
  
  Plan and manage the transition of LOB contracts and related processes, including contracting, approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
  Support day-to-day stakeholder and vendor relationships, governance, and controls, including analysis and reporting.
• Data Integrity & Analytics:
  
  Ensure accuracy within our Central Management Data Base (CMDB), resolve discrepancies, and deliver analytics and reporting.
• Purchase Order & Invoice Processing:
  
  Initiate and track purchase orders and invoices, validate data, and support processing using Ariba and Beeline tools.
• Commercial & Quality Delivery:
  
  Help CIB Technology achieve optimal commercial outcomes and quality delivery from our vendors.
• Process Improvement:
  
  Drive continuous improvement in vendor management processes, reporting, governance, and controls, and support transitions for new engagements.
• Risk & Control Management:
  
  Maintain a strong control posture to manage vendor exposure and risk, both contractual and operational.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with databases (MS Access) and SQL for reporting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and well-presented reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Ariba and/or Beeline systems is preferred.
• Experience designing or maintaining a SharePoint site is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Alteryx or Tableau is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
