En Grupo Corven nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Chief of Staff para sumar al equipo.

Misión de la posición:

Asegurar la ejecución eficaz de la estrategia corporativa actuando como socio estratégico del CEO. Coordinar prioridades, proyectos transversales y procesos críticos del negocio, optimizando la productividad de la Dirección General y garantizando la alineación entre todas las áreas de la organización.

Funciones y Responsabilidades principales

  • Asistir al CEO en la definición, comunicación y seguimiento de los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

  • Coordinar y articular la interacción entre las áreas de la compañía, garantizando alineación, colaboración y eficiencia operativa.

  • Liderar y/o supervisar proyectos estratégicos impulsados por el CEO, monitoreando plazos, métricas e hitos clave.

  • Preparar informes ejecutivos, presentaciones, análisis comparativos y tableros de seguimiento.

  • Garantizar una gestión efectiva del tiempo del CEO, priorizando temas críticos y organizando agendas y reuniones.

  • Gestionar la comunicación ejecutiva interna y externa.

  • Anticipar riesgos, cuellos de botella y necesidades estratégicas, proponiendo soluciones efectivas.

  • Representar al CEO en reuniones internas o externas cuando sea necesario.

  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, eficiencia organizacional y cultura corporativa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia requerida: +5 años en roles estratégicos, consultoría, PMO o similares.

  • Perfil analítico, proactividad, excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis y presentaciones.

  • Formación universitaria completa (Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o afines).

  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).

Manejo de Información Confidencial

Información estratégica del negocio, planes de inversión, análisis financieros y documentación ejecutiva.
