EC Lead Specialist Functional Consultant

Responsabilidades:
- Garantizar la competencia y la calidad en la configuración, utilización y despliegue de los módulos correspondientes en el proyecto asignado;
- Proporcionar experiencia en la materia a todos los recursos técnicos y funcionales asignados en el proyecto. Recursos del proyecto de mentoring;
- Liderar la definición general de la arquitectura y la planificación de entregables para el proyecto asignado;
- Apoyar y asumir la responsabilidad del progreso del equipo, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos de negocio;
- Informar regularmente sobre el progreso y los problemas al cliente, tanto de manera formal como informal;
- Identificación de cualquier riesgo y propuesta de soluciones;
- Documentar y analizar los requisitos y procedimientos de las empresas;
- Desarrollar soluciones de configuración eficaces.
Requerimientos:
- Mínimo 3 a 7 años de experiencia fuerte en la industria de TI. Experiencia en SAP HR o equivalente;
- Certificación en EC (obligatorio);
- Certificación adicional en alguno de los módulos de successfactors;
- EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Planificación de sucesión, WFA;
- Capacidad para liderar a los miembros del equipo junior;
- Experiencia habiendo trabajado como parte de un equipo virtual;
- Se requiere un alto nivel de inglés;
- Un alto nivel de enfoque en el cliente;
- Flexibilidad y paciencia en el trabajo en un entorno dinámico/desafiante.
