Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Full Stack AI Engineer, cuya misión será diseñar, construir y escalar soluciones de IA generativa con impacto real, trabajando de punta a punta: desde prototipos hasta despliegue en producción. El rol combina frontend y backend para integrar LLMs, APIs y pipelines de GenAI, garantizando seguridad, observabilidad, rendimiento y calidad.

Te presentamos algunas tareas del desafío:

Build & Ship (Frontend + Backend)

Frontend: Diseñar e implementar UIs modernas + TypeScript) para chat/interfaces conversacionales, dashboards y consolas de prompts. Cuidar accesibilidad, performance y design systems (Tailwind/shadcn o equivalente).Backend: Desarrollar APIs (REST/gRPC), servicios y pipelines de GenAI (LangGraph, MCP servers, function/tool calling), integración con LLMs y RAG avanzado (ingesta, chunking, retrieval, re-ranking).Convertir POCs en productos escalables y resilientes, optimizando costos y cumplimiento.

Arquitectura & Datos

Orquestar pipelines de GenAI versionados y trazables.Integrar APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.), embeddings y vector stores (pgvector/FAISS/Milvus).Definir guardrails, validaciones, controles de seguridad/PII y políticas de uso responsable.

Colaboración & Producto

Trabajar con Producto/Diseño para discovery y validación.Traducir necesidades de negocio en historias técnicas claras y medibles.Comunicar avances, riesgos y aprendizajes con autonomía.

Requisitos

Para tomar este rol necesitamos que cuentes y tengas experiencia con

Graduados en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas o experiencia equivalente.Experiencia en proyectos de IA, especialmente IA Generativa será especialmente valorada.Experiencia comprobada de al menos 4 años en desarrollo Full Stack, con participación en proyectos de complejidad media/alta.

Hard Skills:

Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, (SSR/SSG/ISR), manejo de estado (React Query/Zustand), a11y, performance (Web Vitals), estilos (Tailwind/shadcn), consumo de APIs y auth.

Backend: Python (FastAPI) y/o (Express/Nest), integración (REST/gRPC, auth, retries, idempotencia).Plus: experiencia en RAG, vector DBs (pgvector, FAISS, Milvus), construcción de chatbots inteligentes con LLMs, LangGraph, MCP servers y observabilidad de prompts.Softs Skills
Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo colaborativo.Autonomía, proactividad y orientación a resultados.Capacidad de comunicación efectiva para traducir lo técnico en valor de negocio.

Metodología de trabajo y cultura

Autonomía para investigar y ejecutar con mínima supervisión.Uso activo de IA como copiloto en desarrollo.Cultura de teamwork, transparencia, feedback honesto y foco en impacto.Propiedad end-to-end: desde diseño hasta soporte on-call.
