We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead
web development projects
from start to finish, ensuring smooth and successful execution. This is a hands-on role where you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to create innovative digital solutions.

What will you do with us?

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of web development projects, from initial conception to implementation and delivery of the final product. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Management:
  You will be responsible for defining project scope, establishing objectives, technical requirements, and work plans according to client needs. You will organize team members, create detailed schedules, and manage critical paths to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams:
  You will work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, quality assurance (QA) specialists, and other technical experts. Your goal will be to ensure all teams are aligned with project objectives and that communication is fluid.
• Risk Management:
  You will proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. You will inform the team and stakeholders of any potential deviations and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Quality Control (QA):
  You will oversee the quality control process to ensure that final products meet technical standards, usability requirements, and client expectations.
• Workflow Optimization:
  You will use project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to optimize workflows. You will be able to explore AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Communication with Stakeholders:
  You will keep internal and external stakeholders informed about project progress, technical performance, and milestones achieved.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in web development project management, preferably in a digital or technology agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (waterfall) methodologies.
• Proven experience working with CMS platforms such as Webflow, Magnolia, and/or others.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up, Jira, or Trello.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar collaboration suites.

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• A growth mindset, seeing technical challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement.

Problem Solving:

• A natural problem solver who approaches technical challenges with curiosity and a proactive approach.

Attention to Detail:

• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Language:

• Advanced / Bilingual English level for effective communication with international clients and teams (A must).
