Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for activities related to the generation of potential clients on behalf of each of our customers, with the goal of expanding their sales opportunities. They are in charge of identifying business opportunities according to previously established quality criteria and, in addition, during the teleprospecting process, generating data intelligence from those prospects who are not approved as opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales opportunity leads for leading companies in the technology sector.
• Meet the established goals related to phone call efforts and effective conversations that generate data intelligence, revenue generation, and quality criteria.
• Meet the quality scores for each business opportunity generated, strictly following the established parameters: call effectiveness and content, documentation, among others.
• Handle objections effectively and provide objective responses based on information received during training.
• Identify decision-makers, product and service information, and finally schedule meetings as part of our demand generation services.
• Perform follow-up activities to validate the closing of the sale.

Minimum requirements for the position:
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields — either completed or at least two years of coursework completed.
• Proven experience of at least 1.5 years in sales in different industries or commercial sectors.
• Well-developed skills in using email, writing, and typing.
English C1 Mandatory
Monthly base salary + commissions.
