Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
Project Manager
with at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing and digital services. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Deliverables Coordination
• Support the Delivery Manager in developing detailed roadmaps for various markets, brands, and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
• Serve as the JIRA owner, managing ticket creation, setting accurate due dates, and ensuring entries include clear objectives and necessary materials.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal Capabilities, organizing Q&A sessions to ensure project briefs are understood and objectives met.
• Integrate Capabilities and Product Owners to uphold quality standards, resolve definitions, and maintain project timelines.
• End-to-End Campaign Lifecycle Oversight
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to approved guidelines and consistently meet client expectations.
• Gather insights from capabilities to drive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Time & Visibility Champion
• Collaborate with Capability Leads to plan project timings and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand the next steps and overall project journey.

What you'll need

• Skills
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in complex scenarios.
• Expertise in change management and communications, effectively navigating impact across diverse audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to engage persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives and global teams.
• Problem-solving mindset, breaking down complex challenges into manageable solutions.
• Advanced stakeholder management, adapting communication style to diverse audiences.
• Experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing and digital services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
