We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in clinical trials within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions that support clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for clinical trial data.
Integrate and manage data from Clinical Systems such as CTMS, EDC, and eTMF.
Optimize data workflows using AWS and Databricks for advanced analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and IT to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP).
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in the clinical trials/pharma domain.
Expertise in AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) and Databricks.
Strong understanding of clinical trial systems (CTMS, EDC, eTMF) and data standards (CDISC, SDTM).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
