Title: Compliance Officer

Objective: Maintain policies and procedures to ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Functions: General communication and processes assistance with local entities such as clients, providers and regulating authorities. Conduct detailed periodic reviews of policy adherence, attend risk assessment visits and oversee due diligence procedures. Document verification to company guidelines and record keeping. Conduct detailed CDD, KYC, and AML reviews for customer onboarding, and deliver monthly reports to the regulator. Quality control for onboarding processes, policy adherence, regular communication with local financial institutions.

Workplace: Argentina, Buenos Aires, Home Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday Variable (Part Time)

Requirements

Experience: Background in financial industry desirable working in banks, Know Your Custumer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance, working with international teams.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Tax Law or Related

Skills: Analytical, detail oriented, effective communication, open collaboration.

Languages: English, Spanish
