Freelance Content Creator & Social Media Strategist (Instagram)

Company/Brand: 3D Rendering & Architectural Visualization Studio

Target: Interior Designers in the US

Objective: Drive brand awareness, devise campaigns, manage ads, and high-quality lead generation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Manager

to take full ownership of our Instagram presence. Your mission is not just to post beautiful images, but to build a funnel that converts architects, real estate developers, and interior designers into active leads. You will bridge the gap between high-end 3D artistry and strategic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with sales goals, focusing on "Behind the Scenes," finished high-end renders, and educational content.
- Short-Form Video Production:

Create engaging
Reels

using raw render passes, screen recordings of the workflow (3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, etc.), and "Before vs. After" transitions.
- Copywriting for Conversion:

Write compelling captions that highlight technical precision and emotional impact, utilizing clear
Calls to Action (CTAs)

to drive inquiries via DM or website.
- Community Management:

Engage with potential clients (outreach), respond to comments, and manage inbound inquiries to qualify them as leads.
- Growth & Analytics:

Implement hashtag strategies and engagement tactics to reach industry professionals. Provide monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
- Story Storytelling:

Use Stories to showcase "Work in Progress," client testimonials, and interactive polls to keep the audience warmed up.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Industry Knowledge:

Proven experience creating content for the
Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Rendering

industries. You must understand the visual language of luxury real estate.
- Portfolio:

A strong portfolio of Instagram accounts you have grown, specifically showcasing high-end visual aesthetics.
- Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and mobile editing tools (CapCut).
- Sales Mindset:

Understanding of the
marketing funnel

—how to move a follower from "liking a photo" to "requesting a quote."
- Visual Eye:

An obsession with composition, lighting, and detail. You don't need to be a 3D artist, but you must know how to showcase 3D art effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of 3D software terminology (Global Illumination, Texturing, Post-production).
  • Experience with Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite) to boost high-performing posts.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Instagram Growth & Ads Manager

(Organic + Paid)

We're a 3D rendering and visualization studio working with interior designers across the U.S. Our brand lives in the luxury space, and Instagram is our primary growth channel. We're looking for someone to fully own our Instagram — strategy, execution, ads, and lead generation.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Instagram-focused marketer to take full ownership of our account — from strategy and content planning to daily engagement, paid ads, and lead generation. This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on running and optimizing Instagram ads and generating high-quality leads that convert into booked calls.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage our Instagram account end-to-end (organic + paid)
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Write captions and manage posting (feed + occasional stories)
  • Work closely with our graphic designer to guide edits and content direction (no filming or content creation required)
  • Plan and execute Instagram campaigns for promotions, launches, and holidays
  • Manage Instagram ads, including:
  • Strategy, setup, targeting, and funnels
  • Performance tracking and optimization
  • Ongoing testing and iteration
  • Drive high-quality lead generation, with success measured by booked calls
  • Handle daily engagement:
  • Qualify new followers
  • DM potential leads and respond to inquiries
  • Set up and manage automations (e.g. ManyChat, Ads Manager flows)
  • Track KPIs and report on a weekly scorecard
  • Join a weekly KPI review meeting

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts
  • Strong experience running and optimizing Instagram ads (required)
  • Performance-driven mindset focused on lead quality
  • Experience with or understanding of luxury brands
  • Bonus if you've worked in interior design, real estate, architecture, or a related space
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership
  • Clear communicator who works well with a remote team

Portfolio Required
