Job Description

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta's Marketing Team is seeking a Web Analytics Analyst in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires. This role will combine technical skills in web analytics, tag implementation, and data integration to drive digital marketing strategy.

Accountabilities 

  • Lead data analysis and visualization projects for audience creation and digital marketing strategy optimization
  • Drive CRM data integration strategies and Marketing tactics
  • Monitor web data quality and digital KPIs
  • Collect measurement requirements for landing pages and implement events, pixels, and all types of tags to ensure user behavior traceability and attribution
  • Create reports and dashboards for campaign tracking and always-on metrics for countries in the region
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar Analytics and Digital Marketing roles
  • Proven experience working with multicultural teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and analysis (mandatory)
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager for complex tracking solutions
  • Experience with BigQuery for data analysis and management
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation
  • Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience creating and maintaining automated reporting systems
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly
  • Proactivity and capacity to propose improvements
