About the Creatives team:

The Creatives Ops team is responsible for adding value through creatives adaptations and production to serve Jampp's & YouAppi's mobile performance campaigns. We work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align our workload to their requirements and priorities.

As a Digital Designer you will be working to produce or adapt banners and videos, to meet the industry quality standards and our best practices. We also work on a working-from-scratch proposal, where we can get as creatives as we want Your designs will be shown to millions of App users, so they have to be catchy and effective

We work in a fast paced environment, as we have impact in all Jampp's & YouAppi's Advertisers portfolio, according to each particular need and Brand guideline. This is why we need to balance quality and speed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Generate creative designs and ideas for banners and video ads customized per clients, following their Brand guidelines.
• Understand internal and external clients requirements and translate them into creative designs and deliverable pieces.
• Collaborate with other graphic designers within the team on larger-scale assignments.
• Work on resizes, minimum adjustments in already created pieces.
• Work on Video edition and creation.
• Actively look for creative references.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• +3 years of proven experience in a professional digital design role.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and/or equivalent digital design tools.
• Experience working with and designing presentations that are clear, engaging, and visually on-point.
• Experience in doing reference research.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish in a professional environment.
• Working experience in Digital Agencies is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to programmatic advertising is a plus (we value curiosity and willingness to learn).
• A highly organized multi-tasker who enjoys working on a variety of projects
• Strong communication skills: you can explain your design choices clearly, adapt your style based on feedback, and collaborate smoothly with non-designers.
• You're curious about new technologies and design tools, especially those powered by AI, and always looking for smarter, faster ways to create great work.
• Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning.
• You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your competence and positive attitude.
