Para nuestro cliente, PLUSPETROL, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Senior Reliability Engineer. Será responsable del análisis en procesos de: Disponibilidad, Mantenibilidad y Confiabilidad.

Coordinara, promoverá y desarrollará a través de su nivel de conocimiento técnico, las mejores prácticas de la industria, las tácticas y actividades necesarias para asegurar un nivel óptimo en el desempeño de su disciplina, dentro del centro de monitoreo.

Tendrá a su cargo la gestión de Argentina, Ecuador y Colombia.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Participar en auditorías ó procesos de revisión de la gestión y la salud de los Activos en las Uns.
  • Proveer conocimiento técnico, durante el desarrollo e implementación de diversos análisis y estudios de confiabilidad entre los cuales se encuentran: Modelamientos de Disponibilidad, Mantenibilidad y Confiabilidad, Análisis de Causa Raíz; Estudios para determinar las curvas de Probabilidad de Falla de los Activos, Analisis Weibull, Simulaciones montecarlo, etc.
  • Brindar apoyo y consultoria tecnica especializada en la DISCIPLINA a los equipos de mantenimiento y operaciones del sitio.
  • Promover la cultura en seguridad, integridad y confiabilidad para prevenir o mitigar tanto los riesgos existentes, como los fallos recurrentes.
  • Identificar y analizar nuevos procedimientos, estándares y tecnologías disponibles, para lograr un mejoramiento del desempeño de los ACTIVOS, optimizar los recursos y asegurar la funcionalidad y consistencia con las necesidades del sector.
  • Participar durante la fase de ingeniería conceptual y básica brindando el soporte e información necesaria para asegurar la máxima eficiencia, confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y lineamientos conjuntamente con las otras especialidades, para definir las estrategias de operación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de la compañía.
  • Definir y realizar seguimiento de KPIs de la performance de los equipos. Realizar benchmarking interno y externo entre unidades.


Requisitos

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Graduados de carreras de Ingeniería.
  • Entre 5/10 años de experiencia en confiabilidad de Petróleo y Gas. También requiere conocimiento y competencia en mantenimiento, proceso, producción y diseño de ingeniería y riesgo.
  • Inglés: Intermedio.
