Job Responsibilities

1- Support the team in applying incoming payments to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2- Gain experience in reconciling daily cash receipts and identifying discrepancies.

3- Assist in responding internal customer inquiries related to payment applications and resolve issues under supervision.

4- Help prepare reports on cash application activities and learn to analyze financial data.

5- Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and accuracy of cash application process.

6- Work alongside experienced financial professionals to support broader accounts receivable functions.

• Basic accounting knowledge: Understanding fundamental accounting principles and accounts receivables processes.
• Software familiarity: Basic knowledge of ERP´s: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft.
• Reconciliation: Assisting with reconciling accounts and resolving minor discrepancies.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks to maintain the integrity of financial reports.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn: Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new tools and processes.
• English: Level B1 (preliminary) or equivalent.
