Se valora el conocimiento de cómo opera una hipoteca en el mercado de EE. UU. , incluyendo: Niveles de endeudamiento Perfiles crediticios Relación ingresos vs. capacidad de pago Condiciones y criterios de otorgamiento Requisitos: Requisitos principales Título en Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Actuario o carreras afines. +1 año de experiencia en empresas que otorguen créditos al consumo . +2 años trabajando con sistemas bancarios , análisis de reportes de gestión o bases de datos para testing / validación. Inglés avanzado . Manejo sólido de Excel (especialmente cálculos de endeudamiento) y PowerPoint . Deseable: conocimiento de procesos de origen y underwriting de hipotecas en EE. UU.
