Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will enhance our operational capabilities and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of our systems and services. You will collaborate closely with development teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Investigating application faults, identifying network slowness.
Performing troubleshooting on all programs when required.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and diagnose customer issues.
Knowledge in resolving customer queries.
Ability to clearly communicate important application feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Proficiency in documenting technical knowledge and processes.
Knowledge on Oracle, MongoDB, and basic network configuration.
Knowledge on Kafka, JIRA, Linux and .Net.
