La oportunidad

Estamos buscando una persona para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Accounts Payable con la misión de garantizar la correcta gestión del proceso de pagos, velando que las facturas se procesen en tiempo y forma,controlando el cumplimiento de plazos de pago y brindando un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes tanto internos como externos.

Tus retos

-Recepción, clasificación, escaneado y verificación de facturas.
-Gestión, contabilización y seguimiento de las facturas y notas de crédito recibidas.
-Dar soporte clientes internos sobre uso de herramientas de gestión internas.
-Gestión de consultas y condiciones de pago con proveedores
-Informes de auditoría
-Gestión de carpetas de importación: registro de facturas, conciliación de vales, aduanas y comprasintercompany.
-Conciliación importación mercancía en tránsito
-Gastos de viaje: control y registro de los gastos realizados por el personal de la empresa
-Gestión de pagos: proceso de pago, previsión, aviso de remesa, pagos devueltos.

Nos encantaría conocerte si tienes

-Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en AP o equipo contable, con conocimiento de facturación, pagos y tareas generales de AP/contabilidad. Se valorará experiencia en atención al cliente.
-Con carrera universitaria finalizada o intermedia/ avanzada en Administración de Empresas, Contador Público.
-Idiomas: Inglés es deseable y valorado.
-Buen dominio de sistemas de gestión. SAP (muy valorado), Excel.
