What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide excellent support: Deliver prompt and friendly service in Spanish and English, handling a variety of customer questions and issues.

  • Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For

  • Language Skills: Complete fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech support, or a contact center.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: You are a patient, detail-oriented person with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Work Style: You can work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.
