Role Description

In our Innovation & Data Science team, we're looking for someone who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to keep learning and experimenting. The goal is simple: bring AI into every corner of the company—whether it's through small everyday improvements or big projects that transform the way we work.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and scale AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and train Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Explore and apply NLP/LLM techniques (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, OpenAI API), RAG, embeddings, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
  • Work with databases and data pipelines (SQL, Pandas, NumPy, ETL).
  • Develop intelligent interfaces that enable natural language interaction.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can add real value (operations, finance, commercial areas, etc.).
  • Document processes and apply MLOps best practices: versioning, deployment, and model monitoring.
  • Research and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks to keep us one step ahead.

Qualifications

  • Creativity and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Background in math, statistics, and data science.
  • Experience programming in Python or R, with familiarity in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, among others.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Interest in working with both cloud-based and on-premise models.
  • Understanding of MLOps best practices to manage data, train, version, deploy, and monitor AI models.
  • Good English level (intermediate/advanced).

Team Collaboration


You will work closely with the IT & Development team, collaborating with designers, developers, and other departments such as operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. This collaboration will take place within a full-time, permanent, on-site role.
