Middle Product Analyst
to join our
Payments Integrity team
— the area responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability throughout the entire transactional cycle: from the initial payment, through reconciliations, to the final accounting record.

Your role will be key in ensuring that every transaction is correctly reflected, driving continuous improvements, and helping to build
reliable and scalable financial products
that power the core of our ecosystem.

You'll join a multidisciplinary group working closely with
Technology, Finance, Operations, and Data
teams.

This team drives the precision and transparency of payment flows that move the business, always focusing on process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

This is you

  • Academic background in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).
  • 1+ year of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in fintech, banking, payments, or technology environments.
  • Practical knowledge of payment processes, reconciliations, and/or transactional accounting.
  • Proficiency with analysis tools such as SQL (preferred), Advanced Excel, Tableau, AWS Data, Teradata, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Previous experience in payment platforms or financial core systems.
  • Exposure to data analysis or data visualization for business decision-making.
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

This is your role

  • Support the Product Owner in defining, analyzing, and prioritizing technical-functional requirements.
  • Design use cases, acceptance criteria, and operational flows, ensuring clarity for business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Analyze payment processes, bank reconciliations, and transactional accounting to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback, transforming insights into actionable decisions.
  • Monitor initiative progress, anticipate risks, and propose concrete solutions.
  • Participate in go-live and post-release stages of features related to automatic reconciliations, financial reporting, settlements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to functional and operational documentation to ensure scalability and shared knowledge.
