The Role

We're looking for a
Social Media Coordinator
based in Argentina who's as fluent in strategy as they are in storytelling — someone who understands growth on Instagram and TikTok, knows how to create elegant, scroll-stopping content, and can translate the soul of a luxury wellness retreat into digital form.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy for
    re:center (@recenterlife)
    , including its sub-brands: re:set and the Wellness Club.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — with a strong emphasis on growth, storytelling, and engagement.
  • Design and edit content using
    Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools
    (you don't need to be a wizard, but you should be fluent).
  • Collaborate with on-site photo/video teams to curate and repurpose footage for social.
  • Track analytics and surface insights on what's working — we care about rhythm, not just reach.
  • Occasionally support content for
    Ben Lee's personal brand @yobenlee
    , aligning tone and aesthetic.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh creative ideas to elevate the brand.

Who you are:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for
    hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands
    .
  • Strong visual eye and understanding of
    feminine, minimal, nature-driven aesthetics
    .
  • Confident in editing short-form video (Reels/TikToks) using CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
  • Fluent in English (written + spoken); Spanish a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning strategy and execution.
  • Based in
    Argentina
    , with openness to occasional travel to Costa Rica for shoots or brand activations.

Compensation:

USD
$850–$1,200/month
, depending on experience, with growth-based bonuses after the first 90 days and wellness + travel perks.
