At In.Corporate, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join the team of a major company based in Córdoba. The role will involve managing information and conducting CX quality audits.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collecting, cleaning and analysing data from different areas of the business.
  • Updating and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Generating periodic reports for management to facilitate decision-making.
  • Participating in the planning, execution and monitoring of internal and external quality audits.
  • Verifying the consistency of internal information.
  • Contributing to the definition of continuous improvement plans based on audit findings and data analysis.
  • Collaborating with different departments to implement quality standards and control processes.
  • Preparing control dashboards and management reports using digital data analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis, management control or quality control.
  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python or others).
  • Knowledge of indicator management and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in quality audits or certifications.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.

Working conditions:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Modality: 100% on-site in Córdoba.
