Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner with hands-on experience in AI or machine learning products to help us define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, working directly with the Product Director to align strategy and execution.

As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and overall product strategy.
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director and key stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and guide decision-making together with the Product Director.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer feedback, market research, and data-driven insights.
• Translate business needs into clear software specifications (epics, user stories) and collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and deployment.
• Write and maintain the product manual and documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with new releases and features.
• Participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, and sprint ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, RAG, automation, etc.) and identify opportunities to integrate them into Intraway's product ecosystem.
• Occasionally support the sales team with customer presentations, demos, and product deep-dives to showcase technical and business value.

Required skills to be part of our amazing team:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.
• Proven experience working on AI, ML, or LLM-based products (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, analytics platforms).
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing complete product life cycles, including defining quality metrics, evaluating technologies, supporting estimation and budgeting, and contributing to planning and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with enterprise software technologies and modern development practices/tools, such as virtual environments, source control, remote collaboration, and issue tracking.
• Bilingual or advanced English level.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude — a true "roll up your sleeves and get it done" mindset, with a track record of problem-solving and results-oriented execution.

• Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Solid technical background or familiarity with software development and architecture, including modern cloud deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• A strong visual design sense and appreciation for creating products with a client-experience focus.
