We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Architect with strong knowledge in PaaS and IaaS solutions, preferably with experience in JD Edwards, EBS or PeopleSoft and in Oracle solution Presales processes.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales process and team to drive growth through the development of managed services, cloud consulting, and other Oracle offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success of no less than 5 years in a presales or solutions engineering role, with experience supporting Oracle (or similar) technology and services including Cloud Consulting and managed services.
  • Technical expert during presales activities, including product and service demonstrations, presentations, and participation in proof of concepts.
  • Design customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, networking, storage, and security is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results.
  • Understanding of Oracle Technology Licensing and OCI.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field desirable; any additional studies related to strategic Presales and consultative Sales will also be valued.

The opportunity is to work in a hybrid manner, working from home, but always with availability for occasional travel and/or in-person meetings.
