We're partnering with a fast-growing US outdoor construction and landscaping company to hire a
Revit & Permit Technician

who will join their high-performing design and permitting team. This company designs and builds residential outdoor structures such as timber-roof patio covers, deck systems, retaining walls, paver layouts, and planting areas. Their culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and genuinely enjoyable for those who love complex project work.

The Revit & Permit team consists of five people and collectively manages
around 80 active projects year-round

. You will work closely with the CAD & Permit Manager and take full ownership of each assigned project from concept to permit submission.

What You'll Do

• Take assigned residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish.
• Work on site planning, modeling, rendering, drafting, and permitting.
• Assist with basic engineering fundamentals and structural analysis when needed.
• Prepare drawings and documentation required for permit applications.
• Manage multiple active projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, rendering quality, and overall deliverables.
• Collaborate daily with a supportive, positive, and detail-oriented CAD team.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Advanced English Level
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working on fast-paced design workflows.
• Strong rendering skills or interest in improving rendering quality.
• Comfort working with complex, custom project designs.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm (Argentina time)
• Standard US holidays.
• Salary range: USD $2400 and USD $2800
