Join us GoFundMe is looking for a dedicated Data Engineering aspirant to join our Data Platform team to help build and scale the infrastructure that powers analytics and data science across GoFundMe. This role will support our Data Engineering roadmap by designing, building, and optimizing pipelines and tools that deliver timely and reliable data to stakeholders across the company. 

You're an ideal candidate if you love solving complex data problems, have an eye for scalability and efficiency, and want to accelerate your career in data engineering at a fast-growing organization.

This program runs from March August 2026 and is based in Buenos Aires, with young professionals expected onsite three days per week.

The Job…

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support analytics and data science teams.
• Ingest, transform, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources into our Snowflake Warehouse.
• Ensure data reliability, scalability, and efficiency through testing and documentation.
  Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to improve data engineering workflows.

You…

• Highly data-driven and excited to grow your career in Data Engineering.
• Currently pursuing a degree related to Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a technical field.
• Familiar with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Exposure to SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice to have…

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
