Overview:

We're looking for a technically strong, process-driven professional to lead the implementation and integration of our business software systems — primarily HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks Online. You'll be responsible for connecting sales, operations, and accounting workflows so our teams can work smarter, not harder.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure HubSpot CRM for lead intake, deal tracking, and sales automation
  • Integrate HubSpot with QuickBooks for streamlined customer and financial data flow
  • Build automated workflows between systems (HubSpot, QuickBooks, project-management, call tracking)
  • Create reports and dashboards for management visibility
  • Train team members on best practices for CRM and accounting use
  • Troubleshoot integration or data-sync issues
  • Document all processes and maintain clean data

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience with HubSpot CRM implementation
  • 2+ years experience with QuickBooks Online integration
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make/Integromat, or API-based workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or service industries a plus
