Paralegal

We are currently looking for a Law student to join as a Paralegal in our Corporate department in Baker McKenzie Buenos Aires office. We are looking for a candidate fluent in English to join our team, with a strong commitment to client service and team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships.

The department is frequently retained by multinational companies to handle investments in Argentina, with a significant amount of time devoted to cross-border matters. The team counsels clients on acquisitions of participating and controlling equity stakes, as well as on divestitures and corporate reorganisation proceedings. • Registration of local and foreign companies with the Public Registry of the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires
• Drafting of minutes and corporate documents
• Public Registry of the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires regulations compliance
