Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for a dynamic client. Your expertise will be key in evaluating performance, analyzing creative assets, and making recommendations to optimize marketing efforts across multiple business units.

What you'll do

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze marketing performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GA4 Looker (advanced use with connectors and native integrations).
  • Perform A/B testing on creative assets, evaluating backgrounds, titles, and overall performance to inform recommendations.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, focusing on insights that go beyond surface-level metrics.

Creative and Performance Insights:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative assets, providing recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to align analyses with overarching strategies.
  • Present actionable insights to the client, with a strong focus on creative performance and campaign impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Maintain frequent and constructive communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively propose new analysis methods, insights, and approaches to drive client success.
  • Adapt to the client's dynamic needs, including updating reports and addressing ad hoc requests.

Social Listening and Brand Monitoring:

  • Utilize social listening tools like Brandwatch (or similar platforms) to monitor brand sentiment and trends (nice to have).

What you'll need

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as GA4 Looker, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.

Languages:

  • Intermediate English proficiency is ideal but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to present reports, defend ideas, and interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, capable of leading proposals and offering innovative ways to analyze and present insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal strategy and account teams.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic client environment, with evolving report requirements and ad hoc requests.
  • Focus on delivering high-impact insights valued by the client.

Highly Valued:

  • Experience in working with creative analysis and performance recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of social listening platforms and methodologies.
