At Monks we are looking for a Semi Senior Creative Duo (Copy and Art Director) to provide solutions (conceptualization, thinking and execution) for social media projects. This duo will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace for a regional client.

Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and executions for digital & social media campaigns, digital amplification and innovation.
• A heavy social media users who understand the full range of platforms and networks, and are up to date with every social trend.
• That have the capacity to transform insights and concepts, into digital and social executions with a content creator mindset.
• Ensure creative delivery against the approved creative brief, target audience, as well as brand & product guidelines.
• Develop and manage all creative social and digital executions, including idea proposals, art direction, incorporating consumer insights into the creative process and ensuring messaging consistency across every asset.
• Take work from concept/idea to final execution ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members & participate in status calls as needed.
• Visual direction (design, graphics, illustration, assembly, etc.) & Copywriting.
• Presentation to client and producers both in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 2+ years working as a creative team (copy and art director).
• 3+ years as a Creative where you show that you have taken responsibilities similar to that of the current position.
• 3+ years of experience conceptualizing, creating and understanding advertising strategies, idea generation, creation of visual concepts, art direction and creative direction.
• Proven work in Portfolio/ website or Book of both Copywriter and Art Director.
• Experience in the Entertainment Industry.
