Horario:
Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs (puede variar en función de la necesidad) y eventualmente los Sábados en horario a convenir.

Lugar de trabajo:
CABA / Av. Constituyentes

Descripción del rol

  • Asiste al Gerente de Proyectos en el sitio a través de la supervisión diaria de la ejecución de las tareas referentes a la obra civil, sistemas de incendio y seguridad entre otros que hacen a la configuración del nuevo espacio de trabajo.
  • Asiste al Gerente de Proyectos en el cumplimiento de las tareas en tiempo, forma y calidad de acuerdo a los alcances especificados en el proyecto.
  • Colabora y planifica junto al responsable de Seguridad e Higiene las tareas relativas a la obra de acuerdo a las normas de la companía.
  • Documenta la información requerida ya sea la proporcionada por los contratistas como así también la que se genere por necesidad del departamento de Real Estate o alguna otra división de negocio de acuerdo a las normas
    de la companía.
  • Actúa como interfase entre el Gerente de Proyectos y los contratistas en la coordinación y supervisión diaria de las actividades relativas a la obra civil.
  • Escala con el Gerente de Proyectos u otros actores problemas que puedan aparecer en la obra y requieran nivel de atención.

Habilidades y Competencias

  • Liderazgo: Capacidad de liderar el equipo de contratistas en obra.
  • Comunicación: Muy buena comunicación oral y escrita para interactuar con las partes interesadas.
  • Resolución de Problemas: Habilidad para identificar y solucionar problemas de manera rápida y efectiva.
  • Organización: Ser organizado para gestionar múltiples tareas y recursos de manera simultánea.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Experiencia en interpretación de planos, normativas de construcción y seguridad.

Requisitos

  • Orientamos nuestra búsqueda a Arquitectos, Ing. Civiles o afines (profesionales relacionados con el manejo de obra civil)
  • Experiencia comprobable de entre 5 y 10 años como mínimo en puestos similares/manejo de obra civil
  • Monotributo al día y seguro
