Credit Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to work side-by-side with the investment team of one of clients, a top tier investment bank based in the U.S. The main objective of the role is to assist the client's Credit Research team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts in the US providing financial analysis and on all the companies covered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights about multiple covered companies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models in multiple currencies to assess performance and identify trends.
  • Work closely with senior analysts to develop new company models and initiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
  • Utilize Bloomberg and the bank's proprietary tools to gather market data and perform analysis.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial concepts and models.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in assessing credit risk or credit research or equity research or financial research of global corporates
    .

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an investment banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and models.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work products.
  • Feel comfortable in and English working environment.
