About the Project

We are a tech engineering firm delivering custom software development solutions to our clients. Our cross-functional PODs (Product Owner, Engineers, and Designers) are the engine behind our delivery model. Between engagements, our talent contributes directly to advancing our internal brand, marketing, and thought leadership efforts.

The Role

We're looking for a versatile Product Designer who thrives in undefined, structured product development environments, and dynamic creative assignments. You'll work across client-facing product teams and in-house design projects—from wireframing product solutions, designing in collaborative product design workspaces, to designing conversion-driven landing pages and crafting compelling visual case studies.

This role is ideal for someone who can jump into a sprint as a strategic UX thinker or step into a marketing session to concept a high-converting campaign asset. You're a multi-disciplinary creative technologist at heart—comfortable testing AI tools, iterating fast, and embracing new mediums.

Responsibilities

In POD Engagements (Client-Facing):


• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to design digital product experiences (web/mobile).


• Lead design discovery and UX strategy: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs.


• Communicate design intent clearly with developers and iterate based on feedback.


• Support usability testing and refinement based on qualitative and quantitative inputs.


• Apply systems thinking to scale design solutions through shared component libraries.

Internal Design & Marketing Projects:


• Design high-impact marketing assets: landing pages, social graphics, and ad creatives.


• Lead end-to-end layout and branding for PDF case studies and presentations.


• Partner with marketing, content, and growth teams to execute visually engaging campaigns.


• Help evolve and maintain internal design systems, brand guidelines, and visual identity.

Innovation & AI Fluency:


• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Figma plugins, Notably, ChatGPT, Descrypt, etc.) to streamline design, research, ideation, content creation, and prototyping workflows. Stay ahead of design, tooling, and UI/UX trends—including AI-native design paradigms.


• Bring curiosity and experimentation to the role: pilot new design methods and tools.

Requirements


• 4–6 years experience in product design, UI/UX, across web and mobile.


• Strong foundation in graphic design and visual communication, with an eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency across digital and print formats


• Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, UI execution, and visual storytelling across both product and marketing work.


• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and adopting new tools.


• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles (bonus if you can prototype in Framer or code simple components). Strong design systems and component-based design experience.


• Excellent communication skills across clients, stakeholders, and internal teams— comfortable presenting design rationale, gathering feedback, and adapting based on input.


• Skilled in documenting design decisions and user flows within tools like Figma, Jira, Linear, and contributing clearly to product management platforms like Notion, Confluence, and Coda.


• Experience creating succinct, high-level executive summaries and visual storytelling for leadership and client presentations.


• Ability to prioritize and switch between multiple streams of work (client and internal).


• Clear, concise communicator—especially in async remote environments.


• Highly autonomous and proactive in managing deliverables, feedback, and timelines.


• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience using generative design tools and AI based workflows.

Nice to Have


• Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).


• Experience working in agile software teams.


• Writing: Ability to contribute to UX writing, microcopy, and content strategy.


• Experience designing for developer tools, fintech, or B2B SaaS products.
