Tu misión como Technical Lead será guiar técnica y estratégicamente a un equipo de desarrollo backend y frontend, asegurando que las soluciones sean escalables, eficientes, seguras y alineadas con la arquitectura general de la compañía. Vas a liderar decisiones técnicas, acompañar al equipo en su crecimiento, facilitar la colaboración con otras áreas y garantizar entregas de alta calidad.

El puesto requiere experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend o Golang), habilidades de liderazgo técnico y una mirada integral del producto y sus objetivos.

Objetivos del Rol

  • Ser referente técnico del equipo, facilitando decisiones de diseño, arquitectura e implementación.

  • Traducir requerimientos del negocio en soluciones técnicas sostenibles y bien diseñadas.

  • Asegurar altos estándares de calidad técnica, seguridad y performance.

  • Participar activamente en la planificación, estimación y descomposición técnica de iniciativas.

  • Colaborar con Producto, Diseño, QA e Infraestructura para alinear expectativas y prioridades.

  • Fomentar la mejora continua de procesos, herramientas y prácticas de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Ser punto de contacto técnico con otros equipos, áreas o stakeholders externos.

  • Participar en el desarrollo de las carreras de los miembros del equipo.

  • Tomar decisiones técnicas clave en coordinación con otros leads y arquitectos.

  • Participar en el diseño y revisión de la arquitectura de nuevos servicios o componentes.

  • Promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo y revisar pull requests del equipo.

  • Desbloquear técnicamente al equipo frente a problemas complejos.

  • Asegurar una adecuada cobertura de pruebas, observabilidad y manejo de errores.

  • Documentar decisiones técnicas y promover el conocimiento compartido.

  • Participar en ceremonias ágiles (refinamiento, planificación, demos, retrospectivas).

Requisitos Mínimos

  • Graduado o próximo a graduarse en Ingeniería en Informática o carreras afines.

  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, incluyendo experiencia con:

    • (con TypeScript)

    • Bases de datos relacionales (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

    • Bases de datos NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, Neo4j u otras)

    • Testing (unitario, integración, TDD preferentemente)

    • Diseño y consumo de APIs RESTful

  • Experiencia liderando equipos o proyectos de desarrollo ágiles.

  • Excelente comunicación interpersonal y habilidades de facilitación técnica.

  • Conocimientos en plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).

  • Familiaridad con prácticas DevOps, CI/CD, control de versiones (Git).

  • Interés genuino por el sector educativo o proyectos de impacto social.

  • Participación activa en decisiones de arquitectura en ecosistemas complejos.

  • Experiencia en ambientes ágiles, con squads autónomos.

  • Pasión por el mentoring y el crecimiento de otros desarrolladores/as.

  • Uso responsable y estratégico de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.

Condiciones del Puesto

  • Modalidad: Híbrido (trabajo remoto + presencialidad Lunes y Jueves en oficina en Parque Patricios)

  • Días: Lunes a viernes

  • Horario: 9 a 18 hs

  • Tipo de Contratación: Monotributo
