We're ready to take our product to the next level, delighting users with impactful features and exceptional experiences. To do this, we're looking for a Senior Product Owner with a startup mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences in fintech. This role is pivotal in shaping our design strategy, driving innovation, and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for belo's diverse offerings, including crypto assets, international remittances, and local payment solutions
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that meet user needs Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear and actionable product requirements
  • Prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with company goals and customer demands
  • Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product
  • Act as the voice of the user, advocating for intuitive, user-centered experiences across all touchpoints
  • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Monitor and measure the success of product launches and features, iterating quickly based on performance and feedback
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in fintech, startups, or fast-paced environments
  • Some software engineering knowledge is mandatory, as it's essential for effectively collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
  • Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision A sense of urgency and ownership in driving impactful results
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Experience with crypto and blockchain ecosystems is a big plus
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is another big plus
