Product Marketing Lead

Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Lead to drive how AstroPay's products are positioned, launched, and scaled across our global markets. This person will be responsible for crafting the story of our wallet and payment solutions, defining the go-to-market strategies for new features and products, and leading the end-to-end user lifecycle marketing strategy.
This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of product, growth, and brand — connecting insights to strategy and strategy to execution
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or tech-driven consumer businesses.
- Proven track record of launching products and leading global go-to-market initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional rigor — equally comfortable defining strategy and getting hands-on with campaigns.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across markets and audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a strong plus).

- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for AstroPay's wallet and related products across multiple geographies.
- Define our product narrative — what we stand for, why it matters, and how we win — for users, merchants, and partners.
- Enable cross-functional teams (Growth, Brand, Partnerships, Customer Support) with strong messaging frameworks and collateral.
- Own global GTM plans for new products, features, and market entries.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver impactful launches that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
- Design feedback loops and measurement frameworks to continuously optimize GTM effectiveness.
- Build and lead AstroPay's lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, engagement, and retention — ensuring users see ongoing value from our wallet.
- Work closely with CRM and Data teams to design segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Drive metrics like activation, engagement, churn reduction, and lifetime value.
- Lead customer, market, and competitor research to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning, feature prioritization, and messaging.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Regional Growth, Design, and Communications to ensure unified storytelling and go-to-market alignment.
- Build and mentor a small team of product marketers as the function grows.
