What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Manage the complete administrative process for direct sales operations (corporate, fleets, public entities), ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
- Enter, monitor, and update orders in commercial systems, maintaining accurate and reliable information.
- Oversee payment management to suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics, billing, and other areas to guarantee timely delivery of units.
- Prepare management reports, track operations, and analyze goal achievement.
- Support the commercial team in preparing documentation for bids, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain communication with corporate clients to provide order status updates and resolve administrative inquiries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal sales administration processes.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in administrative or commercial support roles, preferably in automotive, industrial, or capital goods sectors.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and commercial management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English level is a must.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing corporate accounts or public sector operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
- Knowledge of bidding processes and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
