How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The RTR Accounting General Ledger Intern reports directly to the Accounting (General Ledger) Team Lead. The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization during his partial working day.The Accounting Intern will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in entering  financial transactions into accounting software.

  • Assist  in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

  • Assist in reconciling balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.

  • Assist in Preparing and post monthly journal entries 

  • Assist in reconciling Bank reconciliations 

  • Prepare an Update Capacity file

Qualifications

Education

Students in 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar.

Experience & Qualifications

No experience required

Knowledge and Skills

- Some knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, docs, slides, etc) 

- Interest in acquiring practical experience in accounting.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work as a team and learn quickly.

Language Requirements

English:Intermediate - Advanced English

Spanish: Mandatory
