La realidad

Tengo un marketplace B2B que conecta clientes argentinos con fábricas en China. El HQ está en Yiwu - el epicentro mundial de manufactura - y ahora estamos estableciendo operaciones en Buenos Aires.

El producto funciona, el diseño es sólido, y tenemos roadmap claro. Necesito un developer que implemente features ya diseñadas, haga el proceso más robusto, y eventualmente pueda liderar un equipo técnico pequeño.

Qué vas a hacer

Implementar y fortalecer:

  • Features ya diseñadas del roadmap (tenés claridad de qué construir)
  • Mejorar robustez del checkout y flow de compra
  • Sistema de tracking real para clientes
  • Integraciones de pago más sólidas
  • Optimizar performance y escalabilidad

Construir herramientas internas:

  • Dashboard para equipo de operaciones (China + Argentina)
  • Sistema de gestión de órdenes más robusto
  • Automatizaciones que eliminen trabajo manual
  • Integraciones: logística, pagos, comunicación

A mediano plazo:

  • Liderar un pequeño equipo de developers cuando escalemos
  • Tomar decisiones de arquitectura y stack
  • Mentoría técnica del equipo

Lo que necesitás

Tech:

  • 3+ años como developer full-stack
  • React/Next, Node o Python, bases de datos
  • Has trabajado con automatizaciones y APIs de AI
  • Experiencia implementando diseños ya definidos (no solo proyectos desde cero)
  • Bonus: experiencia con headless e-commerce

Más importante:

  • Sabés ejecutar bien con roadmap claro
  • Sos proactivo en identificar mejoras y proponer soluciones
  • Podés trabajar con autonomía
  • Te interesa eventualmente liderar un equipo técnico
