We are looking for a enthusiastic
professional
to join a growing U.S.-based real estate operation.

This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who wants to build strong operational skills, gain exposure to U.S. real estate, and grow into a position with greater responsibility over time.

The profile we are looking for

  • Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and daily operations.
  • Good attention to detail, especially with numbers and basic financial information.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written – required).

Background we value

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Customer Service
  • Administrative or operations roles
  • Hospitality / Tourism
  • Finance or accounting support (junior level)
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Accounting concepts (payments, invoices, simple reports)
  • Excel / Google Sheets

Nice to have (not mandatory)

  • Interest in improving organization and processes.
  • Comfort learning and using new tools or systems.
  • Basic use of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for writing or organization.
  • Experience working with international teams or U.S.-based companies.
