As an AI Workflow Designer, you'll support the backbone of our internal operations and help us with our internal AI transformation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automations and AI solutions. You'll work closely with all departments and report to our VP of Operations.

• Analyse current company processes and workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents, automations, and solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to support internal operations across teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation errors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Document automations, workflows, and AI builts for scalability and future use.
• Support team members in learning how to use ops tools, automations, and AI solutions.
• Assist with reporting tasks by creating dashboards and validating data through automated or AI-enhanced workflows.
• Be part of the AI Council, a space to ensure proper adoption of AI solutions across the team.
• Collaborate on other operational tasks delegated by the VP of Operations.

• English at a near-native level (oral and written).
• Proven experience building no-code prototypes and automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable). Comfort with code-based tools is a bonus, not a must.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a strong curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Familiarity with Notion as a system-building tool is a plus.
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset: able to spot issues and suggest improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you'll have guidance when you need it, but you're also goal-oriented and can execute independently.
• Willingness to collaborate and assist whenever and wherever needed.
