Role Objective Work closely with the Head of Growth to improve CAC by channel and accelerate team learning. Execute growth experiments, optimize the end-to-end funnel, improve landing pages and forms, manage acquisition channels, and strengthen conversion through WhatsApp and email.
Responsibilities
● Design, execute, and document growth experiments in short iteration cycles.
● Create and optimize forms, landing pages, and conversion-focused pages.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid acquisition platforms.
● Analyze, transform, and visualize data through dashboards (Metabase or similar tools).
● Monitor and optimize CAC by channel through continuous reporting.
● Optimize WhatsApp flows and performance (messaging, templates, sequences).
● Design and implement WhatsApp and email nurturing journeys.
● Manage tracking, analytics, events, and funnel measurement.
● Identify funnel frictions and coordinate improvements with content, design, tech, and sales teams.
● Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve overall conversion rates.
Required Experience
● 1–2 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar roles in startups.
● Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
● Knowledge of paid media platforms and key metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, CPL, ROAS).
● Experience running experiments and optimizing conversion funnels.
● Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
● Experience building and optimizing landing pages (Webflow, Lovable, or similar tools).
● Basic knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
● Intermediate to advanced English.
Nice to Have
● Basic SQL knowledge.
● Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
● Ability to execute quickly, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
● Solid project management skills and clear communication.
● Ability to learn new tools autonomously.
● Interest in using AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and accelerate experimentation. Work
Modality
● Hybrid for candidates based in Buenos Aires (2–3 days per week at our offices).
● Fully remote for candidates located anywhere else in LATAM.
Compensation
● USD 1,800 to USD 2,200 per month, based on experience and performance.
