HireArt is seeking a highly organized and outcome-driven Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across our growing client base.

This is an ideal role for someone who excels at working within structured workflows but can also adapt when processes evolve or shift between clients. This role is available to offshore candidates who are able to work their local business hours with some overlap of 9AM-5PM EST.

We're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values documentation and process clarity, and brings strong communication skills to both candidate and internal team interactions.

What You'll Do

  • Support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with a focus on application review, candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to deliver updates, manage expectations, and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow detailed workflows and documentation practices to ensure accuracy and accountability across hiring pipelines.
  • Adapt to client-specific recruiting processes, and contribute to building or refining workflows as new needs emerge.
  • Track candidate progress, flag bottlenecks or delays, and suggest improvements where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and account managers to ensure alignment and visibility across all stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assist with sourcing as needed.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workflow tools (e.g., ) to maintain real-time pipeline visibility and progress toward hiring goals.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and tactfully
  • 6+ months of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or another high-volume support role requiring consistent communication and process tracking
  • A process-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured workflows while remaining flexible as procedures evolve
  • A proactive communicator who is comfortable managing candidate expectations, delivering updates, and engaging in offer or negotiation discussions
  • A team player who can track and report progress, surface issues early, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and workflow/project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello) is a strong plus
