Test Automation Engineer

Modalidad: Presencial (4×1) en Palermo (CABA), Argentina.

Takenos es una startup fintech en rápido crecimiento que construye infraestructura financiera global, con foco en transacciones internacionales y servicios financieros innovadores.

Objetivo

Definir y liderar la estrategia de testing automatizado de la plataforma, estableciendo estándares, herramientas y prácticas que garanticen la salud, confiabilidad y escalabilidad del sistema. Rol estratégico y hands-on: marcás la norma, ayudás al equipo a implementarla y cubrís con tests cuando falten.

Qué vas a hacer
  • Diseñar la estrategia integral de testing (unit, integration, e2e, contract, performance, regression).
  • Definir estándares y coverage (criterios por tipo de prueba, definición de listo para release, calidad mínima).
  • Seleccionar y mantener frameworks y herramientas , Jest/Node, Playwright/Cypress, Postman/Newman, k6).
  • Integrar suites en CI/CD (GitHub Actions u otro), con reportes, flakiness control y quality gates.
  • Acompañar a developers en la implementación (pareo, ejemplos, libs internas) y tomar el teclado cuando sea necesario.
  • Automatizar pruebas para flujos críticos (autorizaciones de pagos, balances en tiempo real, conciliación, onboarding).
  • Gestionar datos y entornos de prueba; definir mocks/fixtures y contratos entre servicios.
  • Monitorear salud de la plataforma junto a Tech (Datadog/observabilidad) y proponer mejoras continuas.
Qué vas a necesitar
  • 4+ años en QA Automation / Test Engineering.
  • Mentalidad de ejecución, creatividad, proactividad y fuerte sentido de ownership.
  • Experiencia con , React/Next, React Native (Expo) y Postgres.
  • Sólida práctica en unit/integration/e2e, diseño de casos, cobertura y debugging.
  • Conocimiento de CI/CD y buenas prácticas de pipelines.
  • Capacidad para definir estándares y evangelizar cultura de calidad sin frenar el delivery.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
