Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Marketing Strategist para sumarse al equipo de Medify

Principales desafíos

  • Análisis estratégico del marketing mix (Producto, Precio, Plaza y Promoción).

  • Identificación de oportunidades de mejora y definición de ajustes basados en datos reales.

  • Revisión continua de información comercial y de CRM (Odoo): análisis de ventas, segmentación, tendencias y oportunidades.

  • Integración entre Marketing y Ventas, brindando soporte estratégico al equipo comercial.

  • Diseño y desarrollo de materiales y herramientas comerciales que acompañen los procesos de cierre.

  • Gestión estratégica de KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders):

    • Mapeo y priorización de líderes de opinión por país y especialidad.

    • Coordinación de acciones con impacto comercial.

    • Medición y análisis de resultados.



Requisitos

Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales o en empresas de productos técnicos, preferentemente en entornos B2B o de alto involucramiento.

  • Conocimiento en marketing veterinario (deseable) o fuerte interés y capacidad para incorporarlo rápidamente.

  • Experiencia en investigación de mercado, análisis competitivo y/o pricing.

  • Experiencia coordinando acciones con equipos de performance, diseño u otras áreas de marketing.

  • Antecedentes en trabajo con líderes de opinión o embajadores de marca.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Argentina y países limítrofes.

  • Manejo fluido de herramientas digitales: Excel, Looker Studio/Power BI y CRM.
