AI Solutions Architect – Arctika AI

Location: hybrid (buenos aires,argentina)

Type: Full-time / Contract

Reports to: Product Lead & Founder

Role Overview

The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent systems that combine automation, analytics, and machine learning to solve real business problems.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, AI modeling, and systems design — turning client requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and oversee architecture for AI-driven systems including automation agents, data pipelines, and predictive models.


• Build and deploy machine learning models for risk scoring, fraud detection, and process optimization.


• Design and implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.


• Collaborate with the full-stack developer to integrate models into frontend dashboards or API services.


• Ensure all systems are modular, reusable, and align with Arctika AI's core platform strategy.


• Manage data ingestion, cleaning, and model training workflows.


• Document architecture, ensure scalability, and maintain security standards.

Skills & Qualifications


• 4+ years in data science, ML engineering, or AI systems design.


• Strong Python skills with libraries like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.


• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and Docker.


• Ability to translate business use cases into technical design.


• Comfortable leading small technical teams and presenting architectural decisions.

Preferred


• Experience in automation or process intelligence.


• Background in analytics-heavy industries like insurance, logistics, or finance.
