About the role

We're looking for a
Plates Administrator
to support the management of vehicle plates and registrations, helping ensure our fleet stays compliant and operational through strong organization, accurate records, and close collaboration with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Issue and manage reports for stolen, lost, or missing plates.
• Renew, update, and track vehicle registrations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collect, review, and maintain data from internal systems and CRM tools.
• Monitor and track decommissioned vehicles and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to plates and registrations.
• Support internal teams by providing accurate information and administrative assistance.
